... Brad.......you are singing with the angels in heaven leading them with your fantastic voice. You still are like a beacon in the darkness of the nothingness of the music of today. When I hear your singing, I still get the same shivers I did way back when like I did in the 70's. You were one of the best here on Earth, and now from up above, you make the stars shine a little brighter. |

... First off all I like to say that every song from Boston is a hit. Every time I hear a song I have to crank it up. It was so sad about Brad Delp, I would'nt ever imagine him. May he rest in peace, and I give my sympathy to his family and the rest of the band. |

... It's hard to believe it's been a year already, still miss you Brad. Hope the family and friends are doing ok. A couple of weeks ago my neighbor committed suicide by setting herself on fire and her house, felt so helpless, don't understand this disease. Life is a gift, please reach out to someone if you are depressed. Brad, your legend lives on... |

... A year has gone by already and,I still have such and empty feeling inside me.I can remember 5 years ago at a concert in Indy, when BOSTON was playing the song Livin for you. My wife and I were dancing in the isle just completely getting lost in the song,as I looked up I noticed we were the only ones up and dancing.I looked up to the band and Brad was pointing at us with a big smile on his face. Then he gave us a thumbs up,my musical hero noticed me! I thank you Brad for the music you gave us all and,for that one moment in time it meant so very much to me. Today I prayed for you and your family,as I did a year ago. May you find peace with the Lord. |

... Brad Delp will go down in rock history as having one of the finest voices ever recorded. I feel so bad for his kids.....I have sang along with him a million times. I can do fine until it gets to the part that says...I close my eyes and she slips away....thats where the rest of us sit down and let Brad take it...I never knew him but I seem to miss him......Mike |

... It's been almost a year since Brad left us wondering. Brad was such a gental person, I have had many opertunities to meet him and he was always so gracious. Brad, the pain is still very real of you leaving us, longing for more of your songs, and the sweet sounds of your wonderful voice. It still hurts so so much. I listen to Boston over and over and over... It just doesn't help. |

... ......Continued Maybe this could bring up the awareness of depression, and how even the most loved and loving man can succumb to its threat. Its never too late to tell someone you love them. Depression affects all of us at some point in our lives. Don't let it make you believe in the "permanent solution to a temporary problem"! All life is precious!! Seize the Day!! If you or someone you know is suffering from depression, get help. Do something. Move. Walk. Breath. Count it all Joy! If you think someone is suffering from depression, HELP THEM! Don't wait for them to ask. Do something! LOVE THEM! They will thank you and love you for help. God bless all of you and may the thoughts of BOSTON and the words they inspired us with be the anthem that leads us. SPREAD LOVE! Give your heart to Jesus and we will all meet in heaven. ~Godspeed |

... BOSTON is one of the greatest bands to ever grace this earth!! Brad was the nicest man in rock-n-roll!! His voice was one of the most soulfull, God-given, talented, and most regarded voices of ALL TIME!! The heart and soul of BOSTON, to be sure. It was one of the first albums I ever owned, and I played it till it skipped and I had to buy another. There is so much heart in every single note he sang. His voice trained me in my youth,(I was 11 when I first heard it), I could not get enough.........WHO COULD?! Everytime I heare BOSTON I am brought back to my teenage years, and all the freedom feelings that followed. BOSTON is an experience, Words and Music woven together with love and life. We were blessed to have them, and Brad, in our lives. We are better people for that! I have been praying for his family and friends since his death. May God give you the strength throughout the years as his memory lingers. Hard to believe he is gone...... Continued..... |

I never got to see the band live & now I never will. but the inspiration I was given to pick up a guitar & learn how to play comes directly from Brads Voice & Toms Guitar....."Walk On" my brother |

... Incredible Talent! I am 43 and my son is 14. He recently took up guitar lessons and we have a common interest in classic rock. Boston has always been right at the top. I tell him about Boston when I was his age... How their initial album was such a success. Every song sparks a memory. We are lifted by their music. Generations are in awe of what the band "Brad" has contributed to our daily lives. Thank you for your uplifting legacy! David and Christopher Goehring |

... I have been listening to Boston since the late 70's and early 80's and we used to listen to Boston cruising around in the country and everywhere we cruised putting the music up to full blast. Those were the best days of my life. Not a care in the world. I'm from AMARILLO, Texas and we de=rove to the Texas jam right after graduation. I remember the sounds were like Heaven. it will ALWAYS be a part of me. I love your band and I am so sorry too hear about Brad Delp. He was a very talented singer. I love all your songs and I went your shows when you came into town. I would wear your shirts to school. I especially love "Don't Look Back". I wish you all the best and I hope you still continue to make beautiful music for the fans. I love you all. Thank you. |

... I was a Boston fan when I was in my teens, even though they weren't releasing much music at the time, and most of my peers were listening to Duran Duran and Culture Club. Brad's voice has never before and never will be, matched by any other. I "introduced" my daughter to the music of Boston several years ago. It's funny, because she's 12 and she plays "More Than A Feeling" over and over again on the CD player. She has said "I can't believe a man can sing that high." Even she knows great music when she hears it. I was privileged enough to see Boston in 2003 in Raleigh, NC for the Corporate America tour. We had great seats, and I can still remember Brad's face. He was smiling so big, clapping, and just seemed to be having a great time responding to the fans. I'll never forget it, and I'll never forget Brad Delp. The world has lost a great man who touched the hearts of many people. He truly made a difference. |

... I was there in '78 or '79 (getting too old to remember) at the Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center, for the best show of my life. I'll never forget the huge pipe organs coming from the stage with all the fog (or was it the dope) smoke. It was the best show of my life. For some reason, the original t-shirt don't fit, but the music always will. Loyd King |

... I learned how to play drums while listing to boston through some headphones. I don't believe I ever turned down or turned off a Boston song. I stood in line in Charlotte North carolina in 1987 To get tickets for the third stage tour for the Chapel hill show. I remember that show like it was yesterday. And I hope I never forget the power of that night. I will Miss the voice of Boston. ( Thanks for alot of memories Brad. You will be missed. I hope you are singing in heaven as I write this. And Tom. ... The first Boston album was released during my freshman year in high school... it was one of the "soundtracks" of my high school years... laying on the floor with the headphones on,....cruising Saturday night with "More Than a Feeling" cranking on the radio... what great memories.... such outstanding songwriting, musicianship, and engineering. Truly inspirational benchmarks for those like me who grew up and became musicians. Brads soaring vocals truly take one to another place.... I just know Brad is teaching some angels how to sing harmony right now. :) |

... I remember listening to "Boston" when I was in Jr. High and falling in love with the sound..the guitars and Brad Delp's voice. Over the years, as so many bands came and went, some good, most bad, I couldn't help but compare them to Boston. Waited in line for a day and a half to buy tickets to "Third Stage" (I still remember the date..August 30, 1987)only to be told when they opened the booth that it would be a lottery..I was mad. I still got 20th row, it was the best concert I've been to. In the early 90s, when I heard that a new Boston Album was coming out.I was almost as impressed with "Walk On" as "Boston"(but not quite.:)When I learned of Brad's passing, I was hurt and sad. I've never been sad when a famous person or celebrity died..something was different, though, with Brad. I think its because I grew up listening to him and many of his songs were so personal..no filthy lyrics or chest thumping performances..I was always and will continue to be inspired by Boston's music. |
