... Went to see Boston at Redrocks in Denver. All I can say is Brad took the heart & soul of the band with him when he passed away. I find it hard to think that the band has a long future without Brad. Just like the lyrics go, " Some things in the past are better left behind ", I think that's what the band should do. Tommy D. sounds great as well as Sweet but I don't believe that they can capture lightning in a bottle like the past. Brad will be sorely missed! |

... I was attending Boston U in '76 when a friend of mine was running a record shop in the dorm and told everyone to "buy this album", it's a local group and it's great! I remember that one moment I saw the album cover. Strange how I remember that, but Boston has always been one of my top favorite bands since then. Brad's voice was unmistakable and at 50 yrs old, I'm still a big fan and still morning the loss of that great voice..... |

... What a sad day of mourning. I will miss Brad for so many years to come. I have watched at a (Day on the Green) watching Boston perform across the Bay in Oakland,Ca. Where my friends and I sat in the front of the stage(general admission concert)and were in awe just feeling so proud to see these giants of "rock & Roll" as we "termed" it at that time in 1977. I did also catch(lucky huh) a drumstick from Sib Hashian that day, which I still have. Wow Brad "you will be missed dearly". Sincerely Roy of the Bay Area California. I still sing the songs, and when it comes on the local station..........it does get cranked up. Memory's are what we live for, and Brad you will be remembered. |

... When I was 15 I got more first stereo and the first cassette I ever bought was Don't Look Back. I had heard it on a guys 8 track and thought the guy singing was absolutely phenomenal. I soon became the ultimate fan that I could be at 15, hell I even lived in a town called Boston! (Boston, Ga.) All I know is when I was a teenager I wanted to be Brad Delp, to sing with that kind of clarity and range, to wow the audiences with sheer vocal artistry. I never got the chance to hear him live in concert, but his vocals are what got me thru my teens and still live on today. I was devastated to hear the news of his death last year. You'll always be remembered. RIP Brad |

... The first time I heard the first 2 albums, it blew me away with such brilliant vocal harmonies, massive guitar melodies & superb songs. Brad influenced me no end even though I could not get anywhere near the notes he did, he was a true legend, an unsung hero & a beautiful human being, good night & god bless my friend...X Gypsy. |

... I just saw the Beatle Juice documentary, what a great tribute to a great man. Pamela said it best "Bradely is a reason to believe in miracles" A common theme is that Brad had a way of touching those close to him as well as virtual strangers is a very personal way. |

... I truly miss your wonderful voice. Boston will never be the same without your incredible vocals. You were a fantastic part of a fantastic band. I hope that you are no longer in pain. I have always considered Boston to be my most favorite band ~ and is still true today. I made it a point to go to a Boston concert each time they came around - and I was never disappointed. Concerts from now on will be different that's for sure. God bless you and your family left behind. |

... Every year, Boston has been different for me. It's possible, that it's easier to relate to the people you understand the best, and to the hours and minutes it takes, and to what the art is going to be about. Brad Delp had a great voice. |
